Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-14
By using Music Reps, you agree to the following terms. These terms are kept intentionally short — the app does not collect personal data, does not offer paid features, and does not rely on any user account.
The app is provided "as is"
Music Reps is offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.
No guarantees about availability or accuracy
Music Reps is a practice tool. While reasonable effort is made to ensure the music theory content is correct, mistakes are possible. The app is not a replacement for a qualified music teacher, a music theory textbook, or professional instruction.
The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Reps and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of progress.
Acceptable use
Music Reps is intended for personal practice. You agree not to use the app in any way that would violate applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
Third-party stores
If you obtained Music Reps through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you are also bound by the terms of service of that store in addition to these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
