Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-14
Music Reps is designed to be usable without accounts, tracking, or data collection. This policy describes what the app does and does not do with your information.
Data we collect
None. Music Reps does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on any server. There is no account system, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.
Data stored on your device
The app saves the following to your device's local storage so you can pick up where you left off:
- Per-skill progress (which items you have practiced, response times, accuracy)
- Settings you have chosen (preferred note naming, practice scope, etc.)
- Motor baseline calibration data
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app removes all saved data.
Permissions
Music Reps does not request access to your microphone, camera, location, or any other system resource. The only permissions the app uses are those required to render itself on screen and store data in its own sandbox.
Third parties
Music Reps does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Fonts and icons are bundled with the app rather than fetched at runtime.
Children
Music Reps does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for use by all ages.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what data the app collects or how it uses it, the update will be reflected in this document and the "Last updated" date above.
